Announcing: Rentals at Raven Park

We're delighted to announce that Z&A Productions is expanding again, sort of.

As some of you might know, the original co-owners of Shackles had to move on some time last year and so we took up one half of the sim, dedicating it to the Z&A store, our homes and the Femdom hangout area. A new neighbour moved in soon after and things have been stable since (albeit it with a new shop being built here and there...). Sadly, earlier this week, our neighbour told us that they were having to move on.

We've spoken on and off before about what we'd do if this ever happened and, after a good natter on the pros and cons, we decided to go for it. As of this week Z&A Productions now owns the whole of Shackles.

We actually don't personally have a use for a whole sim so we've decided to do something we've often wanted to do: provide an attractive and low-cost kink-friendly environment in which people can live and do business. With this in mind we're happy to announce that Raven Park Rentals is open for business.

Right now we've got ten plots of varying sizes marked out (one plot has already been let before we've even finished launching this so, as of the time of writing, there are nine left). Ideally we'd like to let them like this, although we're more than happy to join plots should you need something a little bigger. Please do feel free to come over and have a look around and see what's available.

We've created what we think is a firm but fair covenant covering rentals, with a building code that revolves around the Victorian/Neo-Victorian/Steampunk theme that we've always tended to make use of. The idea being that we all make Raven Park an attractive and cohesive community.

If you have any questions or would like to know more please don't hesitate to contact Antony Fairport or Zardia Avindar.

Who are Z&A Productions?

Some of you reading this might not know who Z&A Productions are. We are Zardia Avindar and Antony Fairport. We've been building and working together as Z&A for a little over two years now. As well as creating and growing Z&A we're also known as the team behind the highly-successful Femdom Hunt and Femdom Hunt II. For us communication and being available to help is a vital part of what we do.
