Raven Park on tour: Mystwood

Yesterday afternoon the Raven Park dance went "on tour" as we headed over to hold the dance at Mystwood. You can find all the photos from the event over on Google Photos. Here are some highlights:

Many thanks to Mystwood for hosting us, to Miss Eve for such a great musical set, and to everyone who came along and made it all fun. See you all in a couple of weeks when we'll be back on Raven Park itself for another dance.

Raven Park dance this Saturday

This Saturday it's time for another Raven Park dance and, this weekend, we're going to do things a little differently. While the Raven Park dance often moves around Raven Park itself, and occasionally has made trips to Z&A and Evelock to celebrate anniversaries or to open and close The Femdom Hunt, it's never left the region.

Until now.

See, some regulars are the dances have regions and businesses of their own and, a few weeks back, we got to talking about how it might be fun to have the dance visit those other locations now and again. This weekend will be the first "Raven Park on Tour" dance.

Our hosts will be the lovely people at Mystwood. There's no set theme, so come as you are, and enjoy the usual company and laughs and, as always, the brilliant musical selections of Miss Eve.

Here's the details:

Date: Saturday April 29th
Time: 3pm to 5pm SLT
Where: Mystwood

Z&A Field Tube Cell

It's been a good while since I made a very sci-fi looking cell. This new release in the main store and on the Second Life Marketplace puts that right:

Working in a similar way to the Floor Field, Field Brig and Boxed Field, the Field Tube (as I'm calling it) has what appears to be an open doorway but, in reality, it has an invisible force field which only becomes visible when someone bumps into it.

The cell itself is designed to make good use of materials and, I think, looks especially striking in dark settings with projector lighting.

It should fit well into many sci-fi scenarios, as well as being the perfect place to keep your latex/rubber-clad toys.

You can see and try out a copy of the cell in the new product area of the main store. As well as being available for sale in the store, you'll also find it (in transfer and copy versions) on the Second Life marketplace.

Rain dance

Yesterday afternoon we gathered in the Raven Park Abbey and embraced the main feature of any UK bank holiday weekend: rain! We also enjoyed plenty of perfectly-themed music from Miss Eve, and lots of general fun and natter. You can find an album of photos over on Google Photos. Here are some highlights:

Many thanks to everyone who came along, and to Miss Eve for all the music. Hopefully we'll see you all on a couple of weeks time when we'll be going on tour with the dance! More details in a week or so.

Raven Park dance this Saturday

This Saturday it's time for another Raven Park dance and, given it's some sort of bank holiday weekend in the UK (something to do with zombie gods, chocolate and bunnies, as I understand it), it seemed appropriate to have a theme that is dripping in seasonal tradition.

So..... a wet weekend it is then!

Come in your best waterproof gear and enjoy being wet and miserable, just without the miserable part. Miss Eve will, as always, be providing a fantastic collection of appropriate tunes; all we need is you to complete the experience.

Here's the full details:

Date: Saturday April 15th
Time: 3pm to 5pm SLT

Z&A Guest Vendor: The ~AC Convict Dress

While the Z&A shop is filled with all sorts of cells, allowing all sorts of custody and incarceration role play, something that's in very short support is any clothing to match. Until today, that is.

See, quite some time ago, Anna was sweet and kind enough to make Antony (in his alternate form: Toni) the perfect convict dress for a particular Raven Park dance. Almost one year on and the dress is available from her Marketplace Store.

Given that the dress is the perfect match for the Z&A Custody Block cell, or the Caged Cage, or the Concrete Cage, or a few others, it seemed to make sense to nag her into allowing it to go on sale in the Z&A main store.

So, starting today, you'll find this gem around the shop, near a couple of cells that it might go really well with:

As always, do try the demo (just hit the board and request the demo).

Head over to the Z&A Main Store, or simply pop over to Anna's MP, if you'd like to try it out.

1940s dance

Yesterday afternoon we gathered in a dance hall high above Raven Park and enjoyed the best 1940s music thanks to Miss Eve, while enjoying dancing and all sorts of natter on all sorts of silly and important subjects. You can find images of the event in an album over on Google Photos. Here are some highlights:

Many thanks to everyone who came along and made it so much fun, and to Miss Eve who played a wonderful collection of music for us. See you all in a couple of weeks!
