Coming soon: The Femdom Hunt VII

Just a little reminder to all Z&A customers that, starting the 13th of next month, the Femdom Hunt is back with The Femdom Hunt VII:

As with every other hunt before it, you'll find a great mixture of shops and actual Femdom-based locations that can be found all over the grid. Each one will have gifts to find.

Both Z&A and Raven Park are taking part (considering we run the hunt, that's not really much of a shocker is it?). I've made three gifts that I'm really rather proud of (there'll be two from Z&A and one from Raven Park), one of which I'm very excited about as it's something I've being meaning to make for quite some time and the hunt finally gave me a reason to get scripting.

So... make a note in your diary: starting from October 13th you get two weeks to collect lots of fun gifts.

Z&A Submission HUD v1.9

I've just released v1.9 of the Z&A Submission HUD:

This release contains the following changes:

  • Tweaked the leash/follow code so that the sub's movements are a lot smoother on longer leash distances.
  • Updated the attachment stripping code so that it knows about the new attachment points added by Project Bento.
  • Updated the restriction system so that it knows about the new attachment points added by Project Bento.
  • Added a new "Send To..." module. This lets you send the sub to a specific SLURL, and also lets you set up to 9 custom "bookmarks" that they can be sent to.
Existing users of the retail version are getting a new copy sent to them, or you can grab a fresh copy any time by coming into the shop, touching the board and requesting a redelivery.

Raven Park dance this Saturday

This Saturday it's time for another Raven Park dance and, this time, we're going with a theme we try and have once a year because... well, because it's very Raven Park. It's time for some:

Steampunk!

That's right! Once again you get to put on your best steampunk or neo-Victorian outfit and come enjoy Miss Eve's specially-themed musical choices while doing the usual Raven Park thing of making terrible puns and discussing all sorts of theme-related (and often non-theme-related) oddness.

Here's the details:

Date: Saturday September 30th
Time: 3pm to 5pm SLT
Where: Raven Park
Music by: Eve Terr

Custody/Prison Cell Fatpack

Today I'm releasing another cell fatpack. This one gathers together cells that have a strong custody/prison theme and which would work well with the transport/kidnap vehicle fatpack. As with all cells, it comes in both a transfer:

and copy edition:

Both fatpacks are available in the main store as well as on the Second Life Marketplace (just click on the vendor images above to be taken to the listings).

SciFi Prison Vehicles

While the first two product releases after finishing the rewrite of the vehicle system were new builds (the Transport Van and the Delivery Van), every release after that has, so far, been a "refit" of one of the existing vehicles. Then, a week or so back, I got a little sidetracked with an idea. Initially it was the idea for a single vehicle. After I made that the idea got bigger. Then the idea was to make a small range of vehicles that would feel at home in some sort of latexy sci-fi prison.

The main idea, the main feel I wanted, was of items that are used to transport the prisoners around the prison; each item being about making the prisoner feel objectified, vulnerable, on display. I think I've managed to achieve that.

Common features of all of the vehicles are that they have the effect of hovering on a sort of anti-gravity field, and each are pushed in a clever "hands-off" mode that I'm sure has some sensible reason and explanation. *insert technobabble here*

First up is the Prisoner Bed:

This allows for the transporting of a single victim, securely held and immobilised inside a force field.

Next up are the Prisoner Cages:

This is designed to carry two prisoners, held secure (if a little cramped) in small force-field cages:

Third up, I have the Prisoner Cubes:

While not strictly cubes (thanks for pointing that out Anna!), they are a great way to immobilise and transport four prisoners at once -- each held hovering inside a force field.

Similar to the cubes, but designed to transport a single prisoner, is the Prisoner Pod:

This was the build that started this little side-project and it is designed to move your victim around inside a pod-shaped force field:

Finally, a transport method that... well, I'm not sure how to describe this really. It's designed to be a bit silly and fairly humiliating, where the prisoners are stuck inside tubes in a cube, that are surrounded by latex-looking "lips" that are constantly trying to pull the victim in. I call it the Prisoner Tubes:

Hopefully some photos will better explain things:

As you'd normally expect, all of the above vehicles use RLV for the prisoners, allowing you to grab them onto the vehicle and also letting you lock them on and remove various abilities as you transport them.

For people who might like to have the vehicles available to the public, there's also a full set of vehicle rezzers too. These come with both the personal and public editions of the vehicles:

Given that these vehicles make a very obvious "set", I'm also releasing them as a "fatpack":

If you like the look of these vehicles and would like to see them in person you'll find them all rezzed in the new product area of the main store. If you'd like to actually hop on them and give them a spin you'll find them set up for playing in the vehicle test area. You'll find vendor boards for all of them in the main store and, of course, they're all available for purchase from the Second Life Marketplace (just click on the vendor images above to be taken to the listings).

PS: If you are setting up a sci-fi prison-themed area, don't forget that I've just released a fatpack of my sci-fi cells.

PPS: If you like the look of the latex body suit that Toni is wearing, it's Anna's "~AC Power Play bodysuit"; one of a range of latex body suits that she has available.

SciFi Cell Fatpack

Having recently created a fatpack for the kidnap/transport vehicles, I thought it might be an idea to look around at other similar-themed products in other product ranges and see if it made sense to do the same thing there. Today I'm releasing the first cell fatpack (it's possible others will follow).

This one collects together all six of the sci-fi themed cells and it comes in both transfer:

and copy versions:

Both fatpacks are available in the main store (you'll find the vendors with the sci-fi cells in the cell section) as well as on the Second Life Marketplace (just click on the vendor images above to be taken to the listings).

Z&A Vehicle (Rustic Cart)

This week I have a release of another "refit" of a Z&A RLV vehicle. It's also another "dominant gets to sit while the sub/slave does all the work" vehicle. I call it the Rustic Cart:

It's been remade from the ground up. The previous version was all sculpts but, this time around, it's 100% mesh. It uses the new vehicle scripts so has fewer scripts and uses less memory. The land impact has dropped from 11 to 8. All of the textures have been enhanced with materials.

The vehicle has a RLV-controlled "driving" position, with the sub/slave having to crawl to pull the cart along:

The dominant sits on a cushion on top of a barrel:

There's also space at the back for another passenger:

The vehicle itself is simple to drive and, as with all of the Z&A vehicles, is designed to be accessible with easy-to-use menu options and appropriate RLV options to keep the victim nice and secure for the duration of the ride.

For those who wish to make the vehicle available for public use on their region, there's a public rezzer version too:

As well as including the normal vehicle (there's no need to buy both if you want a personal vehicle and a public rezzer version) it also includes a rezzer object that will rez copies of the vehicle that anyone can drive -- with a full clean-up system that ensures your region doesn't fill up with unwanted carts.

If you'd like to try the vehicle out, see what it looks like, see how it drives, etc, do feel free to pop down to the main store and head to the vehicle test area where you'll find a rezzer set up. As well as vendor boards in the main store you'll also find the vehicle and the rezzer for sale on the Second Life marketplace.
